Industry Veterans Join Glenmede’s New Jersey Team
Michael S. Schiff and Richard J. Giarrusso Bring Nearly 35 Years of Combined Experience to Princeton Office, Managed by Robert P. Kiep III

Glenmede today announced the appointment of two veteran professionals to the firm’s Princeton, NJ office: Michael S. Schiff as a Business Development Manager and Richard J. Giarrusso as senior Portfolio Manager. Reporting to Robert P. Kiep III, Director of the Princeton Office, their arrival marks the latest in a series of strategic hires.
As Business Development Manager, Mr. Schiff is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families and tax-exempt entities. Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Schiff, who received a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, served as Sales Director of Amicorp Services Ltd. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and is Chairman of its Ethics Committee.

Over time these appointments will enhance our ability to serve as a trusted partner.” Mr. Kiep has served as Director of the Princeton office since the start of the year when then Director, John Phillips, transitioned to become a Portfolio and Relationship Manager, a role which enables him to focus solely on clients.
As a Portfolio Manager, Mr. Giarrusso is responsible for providing investment counsel to client portfolios. Previously, he served as an investment manager in Morgan Stanley’s Private Client Group and a financial advisor at RBC Wealth Management. Mr. Giarrusso earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
