Glenmede Ranks First In Delivering Superior Quality
Luxury Brand Status Index (LBSI) Shows Boutique Firms

Glenmede, a privately-held and independent investment and wealth management firm, today announced the company has been named the top rated U.S. wealth management firm in the category of ‘delivering consistently superior quality products and services’, according to the 2011 Luxury Brand Status Index (LBSI). Overall, Glenmede ranked second among the 35 private wealth management firms in the survey, which is published by the Luxury Brand Institute.
The firm scored an overall LBSI score of 6.78 out of a maximum possible score of 10, significantly higher than the benchmark mean of 5.81. Glenmede ranked among the top five wealth management firms in the categories of Superior Quality, Unique and Exclusive, Social Status and Self-Enhancement, which is the ability to make clients feel special across the full customer experience.

The LBSI is based on the Luxury Institute’s survey of 500 pentamillionaires (wealthy consumers with a minimum annual income of $200,000 and a minimum net-worth of $5 million) about their opinions of luxury brands.
