Creating Connections

Our Employee Resource Groups, or ERGs, bring together colleagues who share a common identity, characteristic or lived experiences and those who support them. These groups create opportunities for connecting, learning and influence. Our ERGs help advance Glenmede’s business goals and objectives. All employees are welcome to join and participate in our ERGs.

Women at Glenmede

Since our founding in 1956, Glenmede has maintained a proud history of supporting and developing women leaders. We connect colleagues to organizations like the Women in Investing Network of Philadelphia, The Forum of Executive Women and The Power of Professional Women to create networks and nurture growth and development.

Prioritizing Our Communities

We focus on giving back to the communities where we live and work. Employees are involved in numerous programs and volunteer efforts throughout the year, whether it’s preparing care packages, tutoring or reading to students, speaking on career panels, taking leadership roles in community organizations or serving on boards of directors.

Committing Our Resources

Financially, we support our communities through our Matching Gift Program, sponsorships, events and various donation drives held throughout the year.  We have long-standing partnerships with organizations that forward Glenmede’s vision of Empowering Financial Futures. We believe that supporting organizations that provide education and resources will lead to financial security and strengthen our communities.
